I provide support along the lifespan with emotional support and guidance to help people get unstuck. Heal from past traumas, manage anxiety, depression and adjustment to life changes. I am a supporter of LGBTQ plus population and support others with difficulty with identify and self-esteem. You don't have to do this alone, and therapy can be a great way to get support, feel heard and sort out some really heavy issues you might be facing.
