We're here for you, and we want to help. Whether this is a new endeavor for you, or you're a seasoned therapy client, we want you to feel better. Our collective of therapists have a combined 34 years of experience with individuals and families. We are evidence-based trained, utilize a person-centered, strength-based approach designed to help you identify your therapy goals and help us create the best treatment plan to meet your needs. We treat a multitude of issues including but not limited to symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, family dysfunction, and disordered eating. Each of our clinicians have at least 15 years of clinical experience beginning in the community mental health field. This experience provided advanced training in trauma treatment, supervision and acute, intense symptom treatment. Transitioning to independent practice has allowed us to sharpen our tools and share this experience with a new demographic.
