As a certified Clinical Trauma Professional II, I am equipped to help you unpack and process your traumatic experiences in hope of reducing symptoms. My ideal client is anyone who is seeking therapy to process complex trauma in the areas of victims of abuse, sexual trauma, intimate partner violence, sexual misbehaviors, intergenerational trauma, racial trauma, LGBTQIA2S+, neurodiversity, suicidal ideation, and/or self harm. If you feel like you're ready to tackle things head on or need a therapist that will go at your pace, then I will be a great fit for you. As an Asian refugee psychotherapist, I factor in the biological, physiological, and social factors that impact our mental well-being through use of a culturally competent and trauma-informed lens. I am a self-identified holistic therapist who aims to foster a safe and inviting space, free of judgement or shame, for my clients.
