Hi, I’m Phuong (pronounced “Fong”). I’m a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent-affirming therapist, and I strive to create a safe, empowering, and nonjudgmental space for healing. I work with youth (10+) and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, ADHD, identity exploration, relationships, grief, self-esteem, and life transitions.
