My ideal client is someone—child, teen, or adult—who feels overwhelmed by emotions or experiences that have been difficult to manage alone. Many are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or patterns that keep them stuck. Some come to therapy after noticing changes in behavior, mood, or relationships; others simply feel “off” and want support making sense of it. Clients often need a safe, steady space where their feelings are validated and their experiences are taken seriously. They may struggle to express what they’re going through, or they may have learned to hide their pain to keep moving forward
