We all face challenges in our lives. Sometimes we get through them easily and sometimes we get stuck. Often the timing of our problems hits us all at once and become overwhelming. It’s important to me to provide an atmosphere where you are free to express what you are feeling in a safe, comfortable, and accepting environment. Our goal will be to build upon your strengths and learn new coping strategies to improve how to manage life’s stressors. I work with people who struggle with life transitions, anxiety, depression, and grief and loss. I am confident we can work together to create the positive outcomes you are looking for.
