Seeking therapy takes courage and will. Finding a psychotherapist who is a good fit when you are ready to cope differently takes time. You want a sense that this is a therapist who has the skill, experience and the dedication to hear me. I have been trained in how early childhood trauma manifests as adults. I hear clients say I just feel stuck in all aspects of life. My clients include: PH.D students, professors, board of education teachers and administrators, artists/actors. I worked with female and male Veterans for over 17 years and have been awarded by the Veterans Administration as well as a write up in the Times.
