It is hard to make an appointment with a therapist - to realize that there are aspects of your life that just "aren't working". My goal is to offer a safe supportive space where you feel heard and understood. I work with people who are struggling with feelings of sadness, anxiety, and anger: people who are dealing with difficult relationships; people who want to learn better communication skills; people who are struggling to cope with trauma and stressful life events; and people who don't really know what they feel or need but just want to feel better.
