Choosing a recovery path is very individual and what may work for one person may not work for another. What I am interested in is what works for you and supporting you with the goals you want to achieve. I provide a confidential and caring environment giving you the opportunity to be in a neutral space and explore what's important to you. For those wanting support, struggling with these soothers that were helpful at one time and sometimes still are ie: drugs, alcohol, nicotine or food. I also provide support for loved ones .
