I am licensed psychotherapist with over 24 years of experience. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety (excessive worry and stress), depression (feeling unmotivated, disinterested, and stuck), couples conflict, parent/child issues, OCD, RSD, and ADHD. I have extensive training providing therapy for family and teen/adolescent issues. I work best with individuals, teens, couples, and families who prefer a hands-on and action-oriented psychotherapy approach to promote change. I use cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, person-centered, RRT, and family systems techniques. I work 100% virtually serving patients in Georgia and California.
