Nurturing our mental health has never been as important as it is today. Life can, & often does, get overwhelming. This can take a toll on our hearts & minds; however, we can always find our rhythm again. My practice allows for a safe space to explore your inner world, reflect upon your experiences, understand impulses and desires, and process your feelings & emotions. Together, we will re-build the road back to your authentic self by uncovering your hidden strengths & resources. I use a multi-modal approach to therapy, as a 'one size fits all' approach simply doesn't do justice to the complexity & diversity of the human experience.
