Whether you are college-age or retired, unexpected changes in life can crash upon us at any time. They can come in the form of losing a job, toxic relationships, or, unfortunately, the loss of a loved one. These changes can stir up emotions which ultimately affect our abilities to function healthily. If you are a Christian who is going through trials that is testing your faith, I can provide counseling from a biblical foundation. If you do not want this, and disregard religion, because of spiritual abuse or for other reasons, I understand and will accommodate.
