I work with clients who are struggling with a wide variety of issues. I utilize a solution focused approach to help you idenfity your goal & create a plan to reach it- individually, as a couple or as a family. I am known for my expertise with both children and adults who are struggling with PTSD, Bipolar,Mood Disorders. Anxiety, Addictions and co-occurring disorders. I work with family members whose lives are affected by thier loved ones mental health/substance use struggles. Whenever possible and appropriate I use a family systems approach.
