As your counselor, my focus is all on you! I offer a unique approach to support you in figuring out the root cause of the substance use/behavioral addiction, providing safety and connection, while also challenging you to process your past and present experiences. My goals are to assist you in reclaiming your sense of self, to live peacefully without reliance and/or dependence on the addiction, and start living instead of simply surviving. Your issues, needs, and goals are most important though! Through open conversation, we as a team, will create and develop a treatment plan specific to everything you want to accomplish.
