I spent 25 years in Law Enforcement, and I have a whole family of 1st Responders. So I have a soft spot for that population. I am licensed and have over 16 years experience. I treat ages 9-100. My counseling environment is quite and private. My counseling style is brief, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & integrative. I am on several insurance panels. My out-of-pocket rate is reasonable because I want to be accessible to everyone.
