I believe that men are faced with conflicting expectations in our society that can lead them to feel frustrated, misunderstood and isolated. They are expected to be strong yet gentle, fierce yet sensitive, protective but not overbearing. Sometimes men get stuck in one role and cannot transition to another as the situation changes. My goal is to coach you on developing new strategies for addressing these issues and to help you break destructive patterns. While I focus on men's issues, all of my experience and techniques work with people in all walks of life and lifestyles.
