I offer a culturally sensitive, compassionate space for healing and growth. I support adults and elders navigating intergenerational trauma, cultural identity struggles, family conflict, grief, addiction, and premarital/marital challenges. I draw from an integrative approach blending from psychodynamic, emotion-focused, culturally attuned practices, Gottman Method and Imago therapy to support healing and change. My goal is to create a nurturing, safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel empowered to rewrite your narrative, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and move toward the life you envision.
