My goal is to assist people in developing coping skills to improve their quality of life when dealing with mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, and past traumas. Collaboration with family/support, medical providers, medication prescribers and other community resources is crucial in creating sustainability and wrap around support for clients. I strive to have flexible hours to accommodate for client's other obligations in life.
