I work with individuals/couples over 18 who are looking to find resolution in all aspects of their lives. I work with people who are managing trauma and looking to regain control, people struggling with anxiety who are looking to build coping skills in order to live the life they want, and people living with depression looking to improve daily functioning. I work with couples struggling to communicate, people who are afflicted with/healing from substance use, and I am LGBTQ, kink, and BDSM friendly. I am here to listen and provide support while challenging maladaptive thoughts and coping skills in order to best support your journey. I am a person centered sex therapist who will follow your lead regarding treatment. I believe the majority of our work will come from the therapeutic rapport built during sessions. I use an extensive sexual development questionnaire created by leaders in the field of sex therapy to help identify challenges related to sexual health and functioning.
