Welcome to the first step of the rest of your life. Deciding to begin your therapeutic journey can feel overwhelming and sometimes impossible. My goal is to create a safe environment for you to grow, succeed, and explore the things that you have been struggling with. This could be feelings of anxiety, trauma, communication issues, difficulty establishing boundaries, toxic relationships with family or friends, or a major change in your life that has left you feeling “what do I do now?” Our work together will include identifying triggers and patterns of behavior, as well as recognizing roadblocks and reframing negative thoughts.
