Making the first step and reaching out for help is often an act of bravery that is to be respected and honored. My role as a therapist is to create an environment of acceptance, safety, and honesty for my clients where we can collaborate on building a new perspective and developing the tools to create long lasting change. I work with individuals of all ages as well as couples and families. I have experience helping clients with depression, academic difficulties, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, mood disorders, self-harming behaviors, and adjusting to life changing events. I have experience helping families with autism improve their quality of life.
