Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counsellor (LCPC) based in Illinois. I received my master's from Chicago State University and have been practicing for 7 years. I help clients struggling with depression, anxiety, attachment and abandonment issues, and low self-esteem to learn adaptive coping mechanism to function day-to-day, learn to create secure attachments, and become the best versions of themselves. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, client's goals for therapy, and then assessing what brings the client in for therapy. I have a natural tendency to help people feel safe, to feel heard, and to have hope. Helping you to explore core beliefs which helps you to identify the root cause of your challenges and create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
