Hi all, I specialize in helping clients navigate challenges such as addictions, relationship dynamics, parenting concerns, and building motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I enjoy working with clients who are all in. Some of you might be thinking, "Why do I need therapy for? I'm only going to appease someone close to me, but truly Its the other person's fault that XY and Z are not working out for me/us".
