I specialize in supporting first responders including public safety professionals, fire, EMS services, ER personnel, military and veterans. I also see civilians. Clients who come to me are tired of feeling on edge, overwhelmed or disconnected. They have been pushing through stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and burnout for too long and have seen things others haven't. They want clarity, stability and practical tools to manage their reactions without losing their edge. I offer a straightforward and culturally competent space where it is ok to not have to hold it all together.
