My name is Ponder and I hold a PhD in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant University. As an adult child of a radical New Age religious group, I have both personal and clinical experience working with survivors of religious cults and spiritual abuse. My approach to therapy is grounded in a combination of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems. I am currently training in Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and Collaborative & Proactive Solutions, an evidence-based and trauma-informed model of care for youth and families struggling with behavioral issues.
