Anxiety is loud—but it’s not in charge, especially for minds that don’t fit the so-called mold. I help individuals and families break free from fear, imbalance, and emotional overload through therapy tailored to how you think, feel, and learn. Our work is active, relational, and focused on real relief. I specialize in supporting Latinx and Queer communities, male or nonbinary identifying high school and college-aged people, and parents. My full-time practice also serves clients with ASD, psychosis, and chronic illness, and offers affirming, depth-oriented care—plus educational resources to expand access.
