Current Waitlist. Looking for and reaching out to a therapist for support takes a lot courage and can be time sensitive. For older teens and adults I enjoy using a relational approach in order to maximize the therapeutic relationship as this is the anchor for treatment. I enjoy the transition from high school through college and beyond as you navigate so many transitions and issues that can arise such as anxiety, eating issues, relationship challenges, mood changes, and large approaching life decisions. I also enjoy working with healthcare providers as burnout rates soar. I use a trauma informed lens as well as the HAES model with all clients.
