Are you feeling mentally and emotionally exhausted? Do you find yourself holding everything together on the outside while running on empty on the inside? Work demands, parenting, relationships, and constant pressure to be "on," often leaves us with no space left to breathe. Just know that you're not alone and you're not failing. I work with individuals navigating burnout, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and emotional fatigue experienced by everyday living. Constantly pouring into others without prioritizing yourself can often lead to feelings of disconnect and depletion within yourself, and resentment towards others.
