Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I received my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Southern California. Welcome! I'm dedicated to guiding individuals on a journey towards healing and wellness. With a heartfelt commitment to integrating mind, body, and spirit, I specialize in trauma recovery through a blend of somatic therapy, holistic approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). At the core of my practice is somatic therapy, which explores how our bodies hold and express our life experiences.
