My ideal client is a high-functioning adult who appears capable on the outside but feels emotionally exhausted on the inside. They are often the responsible one at work, in their family, or in relationships, and feel overwhelmed by anxiety, burnout, or chronic stress despite “holding it together.” Many struggle with people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, and feeling disconnected from themselves. They want support that helps them slow down, feel grounded, and feel more like themselves again.
