My approach is intentionally eclectic and integrative, allowing for your unique strengths and struggles to guide our work. At the heart of my practice, is a strong appreciation for the importance of developing a safe, trusting, and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I will listen without judgment, offer feedback based on my knowledge and observations, and together, help formulate attainable goals for our work.
