These challenges and other life changes are not easy, but navigating through the changes they bring are possible. I will work with you during these challenging times to find your renewed strength & hope, and support you at where you are in your journey. I believe effective therapy begins with empathy and authenticity. Creating a welcoming and safe place where you can share and unload heavy emotional burdens. A comforting place where you can be honest about struggles and hopes, and discover meaningful solutions with authenticity, and discover and utilize your strengths to make lasting improvements.
