Hi! My name is Praise Milner, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Therapist in California. I was born in Nigeria and raised in California where I earned my Master's degree from California Baptist University. I have worked with those who suffer from chronic severe mental illness for over 20 years. My goal is to work collaboratively with my clients to reach their goals and improve their quality of life. Our first session will be a "getting to know you" session. It will be a relaxed discussion giving the opportunity to explore my clients needs and goals. We will discuss what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from therapy. I meet my clients where they are, creating a warm and welcoming environments and cheerleading every change and goal that's achieved.
