Each individual has a unique narrative, experiences, and worldview. As a result, two different people may have a completely different outlook on a common experience. In my approach to therapeutic work, I aspire to explore the intersectionality of various identities that an individual holds. My approach to therapy includes identifying and integrating parts of the individual and their experiences to foster self-awareness, practical solutions, and advance personal growth.During our sessions together, I want to approach my clients in a collaborative manner and provide them the tools and space they need to heal, learn, and grow.
