Hi, I’m Preet, a psychotherapist and board certified mental health counselor in New York State. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from New York University and maintain a connection to The New School as an alumna. I work with adults from diverse backgrounds, and all are welcome. Many people I see appear high functioning on the outside yet privately struggle with anxiety, overthinking, self doubt, burnout, relationship stress, work pressure, or a persistent sense of loneliness.
