I bring a broad range of experience to our sessions, having worked with diverse age groups in traditional counseling settings and as a high school counselor. I have provided emotional, academic, and career support to adolescents, and spent five years as a crisis phone responder for the Idaho Suicide Prevention Hotline. I have worked with both adults and adolescents. I strive to create personalized, thoughtful treatment plans that reflect your unique story and needs. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and grounded in well-established frameworks such as ACT, CBT, Adlerian Therapy, and Existentialism. My experience includes working with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including grief, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, LGBTQIA+ experiences, and life adjustments.
