Becoming your best possible self can be a hopeful yet daunting process. Whether you are facing a career change, recovering from OCD or embracing your identity as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am here to walk with you as you explore how to redefine yourself for the better, guided by your values. While change is never easy, we can build skills to lean into uncertainty with ease and navigate the anxiety, mood changes, and existential questions that can accompany a major transition. I specialize in working with OCD through the use of ERP (exposure and response prevention), the gold standard treatment for this disorder, and am part of the Internation OCD Foundation. I also work closely with young therapists and/or social workers entering the field and people experiencing PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder).
