It can be tough finding a therapist who "gets it". For us in the LGBT+ community, there is an additional challenge of finding a competent therapist who you won't have to educate about the basics of queer culture and identity. Whether you're ace spectrum, new to ENM, or curious about gender affirming care, we can get right to what you're here for: your mental health. Having a background in suicide prevention, domestic violence, and crisis response work means that I will be able to talk with you about the tough stuff. I prefer approaches that focus on your present struggles and identify what supports you need to navigate life in a way that feels good for you.
