I am passionate about working with couples, children, teens, young adults, and adults, with a special interest in trauma, anxiety, BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ mental health. As a therapist, I value being genuine and transparent with my clients. I believe in using a mixture of honesty, acceptance, humor, and compassion to meet my clients where they are. My approach is directive and supportive, especially when working with couples. In my work with couples, I enjoy helping couples learn to improve their communication with each other, resolve conflict, improve intimacy, and heal emotional wounds which can create distance in the relationship.
