Welcome and thank you for visiting my profile page! I enjoy working with tweens, teens, college students and young adults. I have expertise treating anxiety based disorders including OCD, Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety, and Health Anxiety. I also have a special interest in hair pulling and skin picking. I utilize evidence-based interventions that draw from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I worked for many years at McLean Hospital in the Child and Adolescent Department prior to joining the Trainor Center.
