My name is Leonard Pikaard. Life is full of unexpected bumps and turns which elicits a constellation of negative emotions such as guilt, shame, loneliness, rejection, embarrassment, grief, anger, and sadness. The goal in life is to learn acceptance, and to gain the coping tools and ability to manage negative emotions more effectively. To improve mindfulness skills, interpersonal relationship skills, stress tolerance, and mood regulation. I struggled for years with addiction and mental health issues. I vowed to give back what I've found worked for me and hundreds of clients who have found success through working one on one with me.
