I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working in private practice at Culmer Counseling Services, LLC. My practice uses the therapeutic approach that fits my client's needs. I am trained in several treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and a lifelong student of Humanistic and Existential psychology. As a certified Yoga practitioner, I incorporate yoga techniques, purposeful breathing, and intentional reflection.
