I provide evidence-based treatment for trauma, and address anxiety and depression when they are shaped by trauma-related patterns. The people I work with are capable, thoughtful, and doing their best, even while feeling weighed down by anxiety, trauma, or low mood. They’ve developed ways to cope that once helped but no longer fit. In therapy, we build on what’s already there—insight, effort, and resilience—while working through what keeps getting in the way. I also support couples who want to strengthen their connection, communicate more openly, and move through conflict in ways that feel more steady and respectful.
