I help people understand their inner world, develop self-compassion, and witness their inner wounding from the past (personal/ancestral) and how it impacts the relationship to self. I am aware of the multiple realities that impact and shape an individuals life experience, gender, socioeconomic status, citizenship, ethnicity, religion and culture. I specialize working with adults who have experienced trauma, which includes racial trauma, intergenerational/ancestral trauma, sexual trauma, betrayal trauma—and their impact- traumatic grief, depression, anxiety, shame, guilt, anger and rage.
