I work primarily with women of color, helpers, and teens navigating anxiety, trauma, identity stress, and relationship patterns shaped by lived experience and survival. My work is trauma-informed, somatic, and spiritually grounded, honoring the wisdom of the body, nervous system, and ancestral resilience. Together, we create a space where you can slow down, feel held, and reconnect with your authentic self beyond survival mode. Healing here is about safety, alignment, and coming home to yourself through integration and empowerment.
