I believe healing happens when every part of who we are is included. Much of my work lives at the intersection of C-PTSD, OCD, Autism, and ADHD, especially with adults who are identified later in life and parents whose own neurodivergence is deeply intertwined with how they care for their neurodivergent children. These experiences often don’t exist in neat categories; they overlap, layer, and shape how we sense, feel, relate, and protect ourselves. In my work of understanding CPTSD and OCD I found my own neurocomplexity. It became clear to me how much need there is for providers who truly understand the lived experience of their cultures such as being neurodivergent or military or a minority member. I work with you to honor those parts of your experience and how they intersect with your complexity.
