I am currently accepting new clients for in-person and telehealth sessions. Through my therapeutic approach, I aim to provide clients with an affirming and nonjudgmental environment. I strive to embark on an empathic journey with clients toward a better understanding of self and personal growth. My eclectic therapeutic style incorporates attachment-based therapy, person-centered therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and interpersonal therapy. With these styles, I like to focus on interpersonal relationships, such as family, friends, life partners, and even with oneself. Treatment will be tailored to each client’s individual/unique needs.
