I believe in helping individuals build rebuild and thrive. I am a firm believer in human resilience. My work is tailored to help others learn how to live healthier and more fulfilling lives. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits and beliefs. I believe in a compassionate person-centered approach to helping individuals reach their full potential. I’m passionate about creating resources to enhance lives and believe firmly in a non-judgmental approach. Life happens to everybody. Life is full of challenges that can leave us confused and at times broken. It is my firm belief that the only way to put our lives back together is to do the work. And I am committed to help you do just that “the work” and pick up the pieces one by one. My specialty is working with individuals from unique backgrounds who often have mixed feelings about therapy.
