Hello! I am Priscilla Mathews, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My focus area of practice is to heal people from traumatic life experiences. My approach takes 3 key factors into consideration: mutual trust, respect, and creating a sense of comfort in the working relationship. This is the strongest predictor for a successful outcome irrespective of what approach is used in therapy. I am a certified practitioner of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), an evidence-based approach that helps people heal from disturbing life experiences.
