My background in both school and clinical settings allows me to support children, teens, adults, and their families with a wide range of concerns. I prioritize helping teen clients build emotional clarity, strengthen boundaries, and develop practical tools they can use outside of sessions. I value collaboration—clients know their own lives best. My role is to guide, support, challenge gently, and help uncover new insights that lead to lasting change.
